This high-definition camera is located at the 4-star Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel in Osaka Bay, looking north, overlooking the Kobe Waterfront, the mountains, the Kobe Port Tower, Meriken Park, and the Kobe Maritime Museum. Nearby is the distinctive Kobe Great Bridge which connects the city to Port Island, an artificial island, nevertheless beautiful with Kita Park, and offering excellent views. Osaka Bay is the eastern part of Seto Inland Sea which separates the main Japanese islands of Honshū, Shikoku, and Kyūshū. The huge Osaka Bay is almost enclosed being connected by the Kii Channel to the Pacific Ocean and to the Inland Sea by the Akashi Street.
